Michael Reed, President & CEO
As President and CEO of Application Link Incorporated, Michael Reed is responsible for all aspects of the company. His responsibilities as the chief development officer include implementing strategic marketing and advertising campaigns, developing the business plan, raising capital, overseeing research and development, and leading in demonstrations and seminars. With his powerful vision and remarkable insight into this demanding industry, Michael has led Application Link through twenty-three years of technology evolution to become a leading solutions provider.

Michelle Grandstaff, VP Operations
As Application Link's VP of Operations Michelle Grandstaff sets the information technology direction for the company and is responsible for its daily operations management activities
Michelle has over 11 years of experience in information technology and operations management. Her areas of expertise include 11+ years in the IT field specializing in Quality Assurance, Business Development Management, LAN/WAN management and security, Application Design/Development, and Project Management.
Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree, as well as numerous technical certifications.
